TERM OF PARTNERSHIP AND COOPERATION ENTERED INTO BETWEEN A ASSOCIATION OF REFUGEES - REFUGIO BRASIL AND THE ORGANIZATION Y
ASSOCIAÇÃO DE REFUGIADOS - REFUGIO BRASIL, headquartered in the city of MOGI DAS CRUZES, state of SÃO PAULO, at Av. Francisco Rodrigues Filho, nº 657 - 1º andar, Nova Mogilar neighborhood, registered under CNPJ nº 25.274.624/0001-28, and ORGANIZATION Y, headquartered in the city of YYYYYYYY, State of YYYYYYYY, at Rua YYYYYYYY, No. YYY, neighborhood YYYYYYYY, registered under CNPJ No. YYYYYYYYY and both jointly referred to as the "Parties", herein represented in the form of their articles of association, resolve to sign this Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, subject to the following clauses and conditions :
CLAUSE ONE - OBJECT
This instrument aims to establish a partnership and cooperation between the parties with a view to carrying out joint actions related to the generation of employment opportunities for the inclusion of refugees.
CLAUSE TWO - OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
I - It will be up to the ASSOCIAÇÃO DE REFUGIADOS - REFUGIO BRASIL, as a result of its knowledge and "expertise" in capturing, registering, providing initial training through the CPP (Cultural, Professional and Portuguese) Orientation course and sending refugees who fit the profile desired by the partnership company to compete in the specific selection process established by the same, as well as providing support for training and lectures on refugee matters that help in the adaptation process of the parties involved.
Single paragraph; Dates, period or costs of any activities performed must be discussed and agreed between the parties.
II - It will be up to ORGANIZATION Y, as a result of its knowledge and "expertise" in propagating and disseminating the cause of refugees to the entire staff, provide specific training with the objective of informing the company on the subject, contact the Refúgio Brasil whenever there are vacancies for hiring new employees, provide the necessary opportunities for refugees sent by Refúgio Brasil to participate in the selection process and apply for job vacancies through a specific program according to the information stated in Annex 1.
THIRD CLAUSE - EXPENSES
Each of the parties will be responsible for the expenses arising from the activities under its responsibility.
CLAUSE FOUR - AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION
This Partnership and Cooperation Agreement may be amended by means of a competent amendment, as well as terminated by mutual agreement between the parties or unilaterally at any time, upon written notice to the other party, at least 30 (thirty) days in advance.
CLAUSE FIVE - TERM
This agreement will be in force for an indefinite period, until one of the parties manifests itself for termination or amendment, and none of the parties contract any type of bond, financial, material or legal liability.
And, in agreement, the parties sign this Agreement, in 02 (two) copies of equal content and form, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, so that it produces its due legal effects.
